At the general meeting of the GDCh-Fachgruppe Chemie-Information-Computer , which in the 6th German Conference on Chemoinformatics in Goslar held to present the CIC members on a proposal from the Board unanimously supported the free membership by student members of the Section. The usual trade group contribution of 10 € no longer applies for student GDCh members. The Section CIC is following the example of other professional groups and the recommendation of the GDCh Jungchemikerforum . The CIC would thus facilitate the access of students to work and the contents of the section and one or other interest in the wake CIC. In addition, the CIC would like to draw attention through easier access, students on the topics represented by the CIC.
